The menus below are only examples of what we can create for your event.  Remember, we will build a menu to suit your needs and budget.  No job is too big or too small!

Tier 1 Sample Menu

Appetizers

• Fresh Fruit & Cheese Board

Fresh fruit in season served with a variety of semi-soft and hard cheeses

• Assorted Tuscan Canapes

Olive tapenade, eggplant caponata & bruschetta on seasoned crisps 

• Shrimp Cocktail

Jumbo shrimp cooked to perfection and served with Steve’s spicy cocktail  sauce

Dinner

• Mixed Green Salad

Tossed baby greens served with an aged balsamic vinaigrette

• Rigatoni Buttera

Tender pasta and sweet Italian sausage in a lightly creamed tomato sauce, garnished with asparagus

• Choice of Chicken

Choose your preparation of boneless, skinless chicken breasts: francese: sautéed in a light lemon, butter sauce; picatta: sautéed with lemon and capers;  marsala: sweetened with marsala wine and mushrooms

Fresh fruit & berries in season served with a variety of semi-soft and hard cheeses

• Shrimp Cocktail

The perennial favorite:  standard with cocktail sauce 

Dinner

• Green Garden Salad

Garnished with veggies in season & served with choice of creamy ranch or aged balsamic

• Grilled Vegetables

Roasted and tossed with herbed olive oil

• Chicken Marsala

Sauteed chicken breast in sweet wine sauce garnished with mushrooms

• Pasta Primavera

Penne pasta tossed with fresh vegetables with a hint of parmigiana reggiano

• Roast Tenderloin of Beef

Seared to perfection and served with choice of horseradish sauce or red wine reduction demi glace

• Rice Christopher

• Steve’s own pilaf
