Tier 1 Sample Menu
Appetizers

Fresh fruit in season served with a variety of semi-soft and hard cheeses

Dinner

Tossed baby greens served with an aged balsamic vinaigrette

Tender pasta and sweet Italian sausage in a lightly creamed tomato sauce, garnished with asparagus

Choose your preparation of boneless, skinless chicken breasts: francese: sautéed in a light lemon, butter sauce; picatta: sautéed with lemon and capers; marsala: sweetened with marsala wine and mushrooms
